We, at The Bhandari Co., believe in serving our customers with the best quality products. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

Return Eligibility

Due to the delicate nature of jewelry, all jewelry items are non-returnable as they are handcrafted.

However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return due to damage:

  • Report within 48 hours: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Unboxing Video is Mandatory: To process a damage claim, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the moment you begin opening the original parcel, showing the condition of the jewelry as received.
  • Original Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags intact.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs at standard charges of Rs 150 unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

If you have received a damaged item, please email us at bhandariptk89@gmail.com or call us at 9780412848  with the following details:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos of the damage.
  3. The mandatory unboxing video.

Once we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your return.

Shipping & Fees

  • Damaged Items: If your return request for a damaged item is approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment at no extra cost.           
  • Non-returnable Items: Please note that items cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind or personal preference.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at 9780412848 or Email- bhandariptk89@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
